Izakaya Sushi is a cozy spot with super fresh rolls, great flavors, and really friendly service. The portions are perfect, the ambiance is chill, and everything tastes clean and delicious. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

Fresh sushi and sashimi that were surprisingly good. The wait staff were welcoming and attentive. Oysters that I ordered were good but would love to see just oysters and no soy sauce. The vibes were great and had a nice lunch!

Before you even eat, the atmosphere and design is great, and it sets the tone for the quality of the restaurant as a whole. The service was top notch, and they took good care us and made sure we were happy, which we definitely were once the food came out. A cozy and atmospheric place! The sushi rolls and oysters are fresh and absolutely delicious — they melt in your mouth. The mojito is perfectly balanced: refreshing and not too sweet. The service is top-notch — fast and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back.

What an incredible spot! The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—some of the best I’ve had in the area. The $1 oysters were an amazing deal and surprisingly high quality. Great variety on the menu, everything we tried was delicious.

This place became one of our go to spots here in the sheepshead bay area. One day we stumbled upon this place looking for something new, and we came here to Izakaya and fell in love every since. Been here 7 times in the last couple of months 🙌🏽. Best appetizer, is the Fried Oysters, sushi is great, all entrees are great! I recommend King of the Sea & Surf & Turf.
